How do we take care of shipment & delivery?

We will ship our parts Ex Works (unless specified differently) and according to the Incoterms 2010. If there is a need to divert from this, please contact customer service: order.veco@vecoprecision.com.

Our shipments are always provided with a packing list and paper invoice.

If necessary we can offer a tracking code, so you can use the live tracker and monitor the exact location of your package. Please let us know when this is required during the order process.
